The new issue of true faith (TF 108) is now on sale at all decent Tyneside newsagents, on its way to subscribers and available to Digital subscribers. We’re taking a few deep breaths now and thinking about the next issue, which we’ll have ready for you at the end of January 14.
As ever, we’re always on the look out for new writers to join us putting together the fanzine. No-one needs any Fancy Dan qualifications or be regarded as an experienced, published writer. All we are after is an honest and genuine love for Newcastle United and a bit of a flair for the written word.
Our writers come in all shapes and sizes. We have grizzled Mags who have been going to the game for decades and have seen it all a hundred times. We also have fresh faced young scamps at the start of their supporting lives and we also have all points in between. We have hone and away zealots on our writing team as well as season ticket holders and those who get to games when they can. We have writers who can walk to SJP from their front doors and we have scribblers on the other side of the world. All are United in their love for our club.
We usually have areas we’d like covered, so we can give you an assignment to be getting on with but we’re also open to suggestion as well.
If you would like to find out more about writing for true faith, just drop us a line and we’ll take it from there.
