You don’t have to be a parent to understand what the family of Bradley Lowery are going through right now and that’s not to mention the struggle their five year old little boy is enduring in his fight against a rare form of cancer (Neuroblastoma). But parents will understand acutely the feelings of Brad’s parents and relatives right now.
Bradley comes from a family of Sunderland supporters and it’s not difficult to see in the social media activity how much their football club means to them and it is obvious Bradley is being brought up as a strong Red & Whiter. We might have our differences with the followers of Sunderland AFC but the North East is a region which likes to look after its own and do what it can for those who need our help. Young Bradley is one of wor bairns regardless of the football club he has an allegiance towards.
As the Sir Bobby Robson Foundation has attracted the support of the whole region as well as shared the benefits of its work across the North East we are asking our readers to make donations to Bradley’s charity to help pay for treatment for this little lad.
All you need to do to make a donation of just a pound is send a text to:
