true faith - Issue 78

tf78

ON SALE NOW!

The new issue of your lovely little fanzine is out NOW and will trouble you for the trifling matter of two and a half bin lids (£2:50). Our little pocket rocket of a fanzine is 64 A5 pages of full colour analysis, nostalgia, knee-jerk reactions, cock-eyed theorising .... but enough of the good bits.

If your local newsagent on Tyneside doesn’t stock it, your local newsagent is a bit shit. Its sold all over Tyneside but you can also easily get a subscription as well. Our subs go all over the world so whether you are sipping a cappucino in downtown Milan or up a tree in the Amazon, we'll get the fanzine to you. It gans a'al owah, man!

The old favourites roll on and on … the Thru Black & Whites blow by blow diary account of life off the park joined by Feel Every Beat and life on the pitch. Rumours, Half Truths and Lies and The End are Uzi-style coverage of United and the football world in general. You’ll dig it all baby. This issue’s Geordies Here, Geordies There takes us to Istanbul and the explosive derby between Galatasaray and Fenerbache. The tf survivors tell the tale. With bonny pictures as well. News From Nowhere is the hard grind of a Spanish Beach football tournament where our correspondent gets bollocked by their lass for looking at lasses’ arses. Them’s the breaks. We have a pic of some nice looking lasses’ arses in the interests of journalistic integrity of course. Ahem.

And there’s an interview with his Royal Hardness Big John McNamee. Read about Big John hanging from the cross-bar at the Fulwell End in the 60s, menacing Alex Ferguson and generally being a right handful.

A retired pagga-merchant of this parish gives us his old soldier accounts of life on the FILA frontline - this issue it is down at Old Trafford. On the same theme we have a fantastic selection of photos featuring well-turned out young men of this fair and noble city running around NE1 on the look out for West Ham as well as gannin' a bit daft at Forest ... more than 20 odd years ago. You'll love seeing these little fellas - As It Was, When It Was ...

Every possible angle of life at NUFC is covered - Ashley - should we forgive and forget? The impact of Sports Direct on the image of Newcastle United, NUST buying shares in a club mainly owned by Ashley, the pressures on Hughton and his team, what’s maybe around the corner, an analysis of the claims by Llambias that Ashley is our sainted benefactor, potential signings and look … loads of other stuff you are going to enjoy reading. All written by Mags just like you and me. The people who know the score about our club and the people who follow it.

So get off your arse and get the little fucker bought.

Please.

Keep On, Keepin’ On …
